We believe that identifying and sourcing the best talent is a critical function, and its difficulty is often underestimated. We understand that human connection is key and that AI can’t replace your role in sourcing. At SeekOut our mission is to build innovative tools that make you more efficient, more effective, and more successful.
Our vision is to provide tools that lead the market in 4 areas:
People search across multiple sources, surfacing great matches and fresh, diverse faces using AI and proprietary algorithms.
Accurate contact information so you can connect with candidates where they will respond and tools to efficiently manage and track outreach.
Workflow and tools that enable better working relationships with hiring managers and other recruiters.
Tools that fit into your existing workflows and work with your diverse client base (and their tools), with fair pricing and no commitments required.
We built SeekOut after feeling the pain of trying to hire passive candidates in a competitive market. After experiencing the clunky tools, expensive licenses and terrible response rates, we knew we could do better. Our background working in search, messaging, machine learning/AI and natural language processing gives us a unique perspective in the space. SeekOut was built for sourcers, not to replace them, and we’re confident you’ll find it the most recruiter-friendly tool on the market.
